This hotel is in a great location, right on the bay and away from the busy tourist areas. It is very close to beautiful beaches and there are some amazing restaurants nearby. The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, safe, and comfortable beds. The bathroom was newly renovated and clean. The host provides helpful information and recommendations for exploring the city.
The room could be a bit small for some people's liking.

Beautiful and quiet location near the bus station. Kind and helpful owner. Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. Great location close to beaches and walking trails. Wonderful city to explore. Well-connected to public transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at Cosmai Residence! The room was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The host, Marko, was polite and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect - close to bus stops, markets, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. The full kitchen, included fresh coffee, and washing/drying machine were a bonus. we highly recommend Cosmai Residence for a enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its clean and well-equipped rooms. The location was perfect, right on the bay and close to the Old Town where most of the attractions are. We enjoyed the convenience of having some very nice restaurants nearby and there was even an amazing seafood restaurant right opposite the hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the location. It is situated in a quieter area away from the tourist busy areas, ensuring a more peaceful stay. Additionally, the hotel is right on the bay, providing beautiful views from some of the rooms.
All was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.
